WEBSITE FORMS & BOOKING CONNECTIONS

Quote forms and booking.
A next step that works.

Help visitors ask for an estimate, share project details, or arrange a visit through your website. PDX Web Designer plans the form, confirmation, and delivery path with you, so customers understand what they have requested and your team receives the information it needs.

IS THIS YOUR NEXT STEP?

For a business whose contact form asks too much, sends too little context, or leaves people unsure what happens next. We can also scope a connection to a booking platform you already use. Available scheduling features depend on the platform, access, and plan.

What should the next step mean?

Choose an action your business can support. Confirmed booking requires a scheduling system that can reserve the available appointment.

Forms & booking: an interactive example.

Try the example request flow, then read the decisions behind the questions and confirmation.

Choose the right kind of request.

An estimate inquiry, a preferred-time request, and a confirmed appointment each need different wording and follow-up. We decide which action your operation can support before designing the form. A direct booking must use available capacity and receive confirmation from the scheduling system. If your team needs to review the job first, the page explains that review step.

Ask for details that help with the job.

Start with what someone needs to share for your team to respond: contact information, the service, and a short description. An existing website, job location, or project photos may be useful depending on the service. We identify which fields are required, label optional fields, and explain how the information will be used. File uploads are included only when their handling is part of the agreed scope.

Make the form usable on a phone.

Use clear labels, suitable input fields, and error messages that point to the problem. Check what happens when a visitor goes back to change a choice or needs another attempt after a connection problem. Confirmation should tell them what was received and whether your team still needs to respond or approve a time.

Check where the request arrives.

Agree on the receiving inbox or supported business system, the project details it should retain, and who will review it. A sample submission checks the complete path. We also define how the scoped connection handles repeated submissions and a failed delivery. Any automatic notifications, reminders, or extra destinations must be agreed and tested as part of the project.

DEFINED IN YOUR PROPOSAL

Know what
you’re building.

Your proposal sets the deliverables, review rounds, timeline, ownership, and quote. Hosting, paid tools, and ongoing support are explained separately before work begins.

BUILT FOR OUR OWN BUSINESSES

A working example: our own website inquiries

PDX Web Designer connects its conversation form to a dedicated Web Design Leads inbox in the PNW owner system. Contact information and project details stay together, and the form waits for a matching delivery confirmation before showing success.

Can a form work with my existing booking software?

We first check what your platform supports: an external booking link, an embedded tool, or a supported integration may fit. Your account plan, available access, scheduling rules, and any extra fees are confirmed before quoting. A request-only form remains an option when a visit needs review before confirmation.

PRICED CASE BY CASE

A useful starting point.
Let’s talk it through.

Share your website and current form or booking tool. Describe what a visitor should be able to request, which details your team needs, where they should arrive, and who confirms the next step. We can scope a focused form improvement or include it in a new website.
