Built for the business.
I’m Alex, owner of JunkPDX and the PNW Junk Removal network. My work through JunkPDX has earned over 200 reviews across multiple platforms. I bring that hands-on business experience to the websites and systems I build.
PDX Web Designer is newer, and I’m still building my web design reviews. You work one-on-one with me to define what your website needs to do, review the design, and refine the details before launch. My strongest focus is the SEO and search work that follows.

Made for real screens.

A working next step.
We check the scoped inquiry or booking path, where requests arrive, and what visitors see after they submit.
Useful search foundations.
Clear page titles, useful service information, internal links, and sitemap and indexing checks in the launch scope.
A clear handoff.
Know how to access your site, what hosting and connected tools cost, and how future updates will be handled.
What should
work together?
Start with a business type, then add or remove the pieces. See how a website could connect the customer experience to your operation.
Service business
3 customer-facing modules and 1 module behind the business.
A request is only a confirmed booking when a connected system reserves availability. Estimate rules need your approval before a calculator can be used with customers. This preview does not connect to your tools or create records.
An idea to discuss, not a package or quote. Alex confirms the scope, platform, content, costs, and supported connections with you before work begins.

behind a good decision.
Clear answers.
A better start.
Work directly with your PDX web designer on a new website, redesign, or business system. Here’s what to expect.
Do you work with more than one business in my industry?
I ideally work with one business per industry so I can give that relationship focused attention. We discuss your services, service area, and any overlap before agreeing to work together. An inquiry does not reserve an industry or territory.
Do you work with Portland small businesses?
Yes. PDX Web Designer works with small businesses in Portland metro and across the Pacific Northwest. Website design, redesigns, and business systems are scoped around your services and customer journey. We work one-on-one in person unless we arrange another format together.
Can we improve my website without starting over?
Yes, when the current platform and access allow it. We’ll review what you have, identify what’s worth keeping, and agree on focused improvements or a rebuild. The scope and price are confirmed before work starts.
Who am I working with?
You work directly with Alex, owner of JunkPDX and PDX Web Designer. We work one-on-one to understand your business, agree on what your website needs to do, review the wording and design, and refine the details before launch.
Do you have reviews for your web design work?
PDX Web Designer is newer, so my web design reviews are still limited. The 200+ reviews across multiple platforms are for my work through JunkPDX. You can explore my website projects and work one-on-one with me to plan, review, and refine a site around your business needs.
How do you use AI?
AI is one of the tools used for exploring ideas, drafting, and development. Alex directs, reviews, and refines the work throughout. Your knowledge of your business and your feedback shape the result.
How much does a project cost?
Standard website pages are $150–$250 each, depending on the content and design involved. Custom features, booking integrations, CRM connections, and business systems are quoted separately. We agree on the total scope and price before work begins. Hosting, paid tools, and ongoing SEO and website care are separate costs.
What happens after launch?
Ongoing SEO and website care is roughly $250/month, with scope agreed for your business. We prioritize useful content, search improvements, maintenance, and the customer journey. Build costs and third-party costs are discussed separately; rankings and lead counts are not guaranteed.
Your vision.
Let’s
talk about it.
Let’s look at your business together. Tell me your industry, service area, and what you want to improve. We work one-on-one in person unless we arrange otherwise, then agree on the build and any ongoing SEO work.
